2. What is a good phone number AND email to reach you?
3. What product would you like? Please give us specific specs and the quantity. (sizes, glass type, fin, etc)
4. Where will your order be shipping to?
5. Is this the same address as your billing? If not, we will need your ID for verification. Can you provide this information?
6. Is the shipping address a residential or commercial property?

Please note that we do not control the shipping fee and they can be more than the cost of the product itself. We will not process the payment for your order even after submission, until you approve of the additional shipping charges. If you do not approve of the shipping cost, you will be able to cancel. After your approval, we will submit your order for manufacturing and we will no longer be able to cancel your order.
