This warranty is for vinyl windows and doors made from the manufacturer Green World. It applies only to installations in Southern California. This area stretches from Oxnard, to Imperial Valley, to San Diego. Any windows installed outside of that area are not warrantied by the manufacturer, although they may be able to send replacement parts if your window becomes damaged if they are not too large or heavy.
